RODO obowiązek informacyjny

Spełniając swój ustawowy obowiązek wynikający z RODO, umożliwiamy Państwu zapoznanie się z informacjami dotyczącymi przetwarzania danych osobowych przez AK ANATOL Anatol Kałasznikow w Żarach przy ul. Handlowej 4.

Na podstawie art. 13 ust. 1 i ust. 2 rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z 27.4.2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE iż:

1) Administratorem Pani/Pana danych osobowych jest  AK ANATOL Anatol Kałasznikow w Żarach przy ul. Handlowej 4.

3) Pani/Pana dane osobowe przetwarzane będą w celu przesyłania ofert, generowania zamówień, informacji handlowych, marketingu produktów i usług, realizacji zawartych umów przez Administratora na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady UE 2016/679 (RODO).

4) Pana/Pani dane osobowe są przetwarzane w następującym zakresie: imienia i nazwiska, Firma, email, danych kontaktowych i adresowych, numer telefonu, numer IP.

5) Pani/Pana dane osobowe mogą zostać ujawnione innym podmiotom; naszym partnerom, czyli firmom z którymi współpracujemy łącząc produkty lub usługi. Do danych mogą też mieć dostęp nasi podwykonawcy (podmioty przetwarzające).

6) Pani/Pana dane osobowe nie będą przekazywane do państwa trzeciego lub organizacji międzynarodowej.

7) Pani/Pana dane osobowe będą przechowywane do czasu cofnięcia zgody na ich przetwarzanie.

8) Przysługuje Pani/Panu prawo dostępu do treści swoich danych oraz prawo ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo do przenoszenia danych, prawo wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania, oraz prawo do cofnięcia zgody w dowolnym momencie bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej cofnięciem.

9) Jeśli uzna Pani/Pan, iż przetwarzanie danych osobowych Pani/Pana dotyczących narusza przepisy RODO, przysługuje Pani/Panu prawo wniesienia skargi do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych.

10) Podanie przez Panią/Pana danych osobowych jest dobrowolne, jednakże w razie niepodania danych osobowych, Administrator może odmówić realizacji działań objętych zakresem zgody.

11) Pani/Pana dane nie będą przetwarzane w sposób zautomatyzowany, w tym również w formie profilowania.

12) Zgodnie z art. 21 ust. 4 RODO informuję, iż przysługuje Pani/Panu prawo wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania dotyczących Pani/Panu danych osobowych. Sprzeciw należy złożyć Administratorowi, którego dane kontaktowe wskazano w pkt 2. Zgodnie z art. 21 ust. 1 RODO

Pursuant to Article 13 paragraph 1 and paragraph 2 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC please note that:

3) Your personal data shall be processed for the purpose of providing you with quotes, generating orders, commercial information, marketing products and services, performance of concluded agreements by the Controller pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1(a) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

4) Your personal data shall be processed within the following scope: name and surname, business name, e-mail address, contact and address details, telephone number, IP number.

5) Your personal data may be disclosed to other entities; our partners or in other words companies whom we work with by combining our products or services. Our subcontractors (processors) may also have access to the data.

6) Your personal data shall not be provided to a third country or international organisation.

7) Your personal data shall be stored until your consent for the processing thereof is withdrawn.

8) You have the right to request access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability, the right to withdraw the processing consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

9) You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Data Protection Office if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes GDPR regulations.

10) The provision of personal data is voluntary, however if personal data is not provided then the Controller may refuse to carry out the tasks covered by the scope of the consent.

11) Your personal data shall not be processed automatically and it shall not be subject to data profiling.

12) Pursuant to Article 21 paragraph 4 of GDPR, please note that you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. Objections should be made to the Controller whose contact details are specified in point 2 in accordance with GDPR Article 21 paragraph 1.
